10/19/2011 The road less taken, is now the road that everyone takes. Google Maps has still not caught up with reality here...directions from Rutland to I-89 in Bethel, do warn of possible road closures.  While they specifically mention closures on Rt 4 and RT 100, both of which are in fine work

Woodstock Farmers Market Flood Sale

Over the Columbus Day weekend,  the folks at the Woodstock Farmer's Market held a Flood Sale under a tent in the parking lot, in order to raise cash, and to unload what little of their inventory survived.  I was not able to attend because I was helping to harvest wine grapes in the Lake Champlain
